1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ARCHIMEDES.VISION E.E. ("ARCHIMEDES.VISION", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the BabyBrain iOS and iPadOS application and the related BabyBrain website.
Our core privacy promise: BabyBrain does not require an account and does not send a child's play activity, progress, or settings to ARCHIMEDES.VISION servers.
2. Who is responsible
BabyBrain is provided by ARCHIMEDES.VISION E.E., established in Greece. For personal information that we directly receive, such as an adult's support email, ARCHIMEDES.VISION E.E. is the data controller.
3. Information stored on the device
The app saves limited operational information locally using Apple's on-device persistence technologies. Current examples include:

This information is not transmitted to us. Depending on the device owner's Apple backup settings, local app information may be included in a device backup managed by Apple. We cannot access that backup.
4. What BabyBrain does not collect
The app does not ask for or transmit:
- A child's name, birthday, email address, profile, or contact details.
- Photos, videos, voice recordings, contacts, precise location, or messages.
- Advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking information, or behavioral profiles.
- Developer-operated analytics, third-party advertising data, or third-party analytics data.
- Payment-card or bank information.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Apple services and purchases
BabyBrain is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple independently processes App Store downloads, Apple Account information, payments, subscription management, receipts, refunds, device-level diagnostics, and any information the device owner chooses to share with Apple.
We do not receive payment-card details. The app receives only the purchase and entitlement information necessary to confirm access to premium features. Apple may also provide developers with aggregated sales and performance reports that are not used by us to identify or profile a child.

6. Website and adult contact
The BabyBrain website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Hosting and network providers may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
If a parent or other adult contacts us by email, we receive the information they choose to include, such as their email address, name, and message. We use it to answer the request, provide support, maintain necessary business records, and protect our legal rights. Please do not send sensitive information or information that identifies a child.
7. Children's privacy
BabyBrain is designed for young children to use only with a parent or legal guardian. The app is intentionally designed not to collect personal information from children and does not include chat, public sharing, third-party advertising, or third-party analytics.
Purchases, external links, account-level subscription management, legal information, and support communications should be accessed by an adult and should remain behind an appropriate parental control or parental gate inside the app.
If you believe personal information from a child has been sent to us, contact us immediately. We will investigate and delete it where legally and technically possible.
8. Retention and deletion
- On-device information: remains on the device until the app data is removed, the app is deleted, or the device is erased, subject to Apple-managed backups.
- Support email: is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records.
- App Store records: are retained and controlled by Apple under Apple's policies and legal obligations.
Because we do not receive the app's local play data, we cannot view, export, or delete it remotely.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information we directly hold, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
These rights generally apply only to information we actually possess, such as an adult's support correspondence. They do not apply to local app data that never leaves the device. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Security and international processing
Keeping play information on the device reduces exposure, but no device, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Device owners should use current operating-system updates, a device passcode, and appropriate parental controls.
Adult support emails and basic website delivery records may be processed by service providers in countries other than the sender's country. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for those transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, law, or our practices change. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice where required. If BabyBrain later introduces accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or new data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures must be updated before those features are released.
